Product Description

Silicon Nitride Description Silicon nitride is an inorganic substance with chemical formula
Si3N4. It is an important structural ceramic material, hardness,
itself has lubricity, and wear resistance, for atomic crystal;
Oxidation resistance at high temperature. And it can resist hot and
cold shock, heating in the air to more than 1000 degrees Celsius,
sharp cooling and sharp heating, will not shatter. Due to its
excellent properties, SI3N4 is often used to manufacture
fine-structured ceramic materials and advanced refractory materials
with high mechanical strength.
Silicon Nitride Properties: Silicon nitride powder is featured by high purity, high nitrogen
content, narrow granularity distribution and high sintering
activity. We have developed a series of different silicon nitride
products aiming at application in different fields, our products
can be extensively applied in hi-tech structural ceramics, various
high-abrasive materials, refractories and so on.

Product Application

Silicon Nitride Applications: The product is suitable for casting industry such as stainless
steel smelting, special alloy steel smelting, oriented stainless
steel smelting. As a new refractory material, it is used in the
metallurgy field, such as metallurgical furnace,furnace mouth
sealing, iron-fining furnace outlet, iron hook and amorphous
materials, and nitrogen additive in the steelmaking industry.
Silicon nitride can be used as a high-efficiency abrasive material
in making of abrasive tools,as well as in the chemical industry of
acid resistance, alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, etc.
